About me
Hi,
My name is Gali
I teach and coach Judo for over a decade.
I work with kindergartners that first learn how to roll, along with professional adolescent and adults competing at the national and international levels.
I started Judo when I was 5 years old, and worked my way into the national squad winning personal and team titles along the years.
I studied to be a licensed Coach and Therapist at The Academic College at Wingate.
I'd like to invite you to join my Judo family!
judo
Judo is a Japanese martial art that was invented in 1882 by Dr. Jigoro Kano.
Judo basically takes the life-threatening elements of the old martial-arts and removes them in order to safely practice it.
Judo was later developed into a popular Olympic sport, in which we practice today.
In the practice of Judo, we combine physical activity with games, Judo technique, and personal and team competitions.

So once again: a big big thank you. we love you and miss you.

For us moms, we get a place to burn up some of the emotions that are side-effects of parenting through hysterical laughter at the awkwardness of being beginners, and throwing one another around like sacks of potatoes!

Thank you for your incredible dedication, humor, warmth, integrity, and energy! Our bi-weekly lessons with you (for ages 2 - 32!) are the highlight of our week, as a family. We learn so much from you - and some of it is about Judo.
If all kids could experience your teaching, the world would be a better place. Lucky us.
